Annual Reports
The municipality’s annual report contains general information about the City, including population, tax base, mill rate and user fees, as well as details about City Council, the granting of subsidies and the type and cost of the various services provided. It is prepared pursuant to section 105 of the Local Governance Act, and Regulation 2018-54. The audited financial statements can be found in the appendix section of each report.
