GRT Customer Service Centre location hours:
- 105 King St. E., Kitchener | 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- 35 Ainslie St. S., Cambridge | 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
The GRT Operations Centre at 250 Strasburg Rd., Kitchener remains closed to the public.

Region of Waterloo International Airport – Open - Will not be affected.
Garbage, blue box, green bin, yard waste and bulky items:
There is regular curbside collection on Monday, August 3, please have items out by
7 a.m.
Cambridge and Waterloo waste sites are closed for residential drop-off on Monday, August 3.

All Regional Administrative Offices (99 Regina – Waterloo, 150 Frederick – Kitchener, 150 Main – Cambridge, Airport Administrative offices) – Closed Monday August 3rd.
Ken Seiling Waterloo Region Museum, Schneider Haus National Historic Site, and McDougall Cottage Historic Site are all closed on Monday August 3rd.
