Ken Seiling Waterloo Region Museum, Schneider Haus National Historic Site, Open today from Noon to 4 p.m.
Grand River Transit will be operating on a Sunday Schedule on Monday, October 12.

GRT Customer Service Centre location hours for Monday, October 12:
- 105 King St. E., Kitchener | 9:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- 35 Ainslie St. S., Cambridge | 9:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
The GRT Operations Centre at 250 Strasburg Rd., Kitchener remains closed to the public.

Region of Waterloo International Airport – Open - Will not be affected.
Garbage, blue box, green bin, yard waste and bulky items:
There is regular curbside collection on Monday, October 12, items should be set out to the curb by 7 a.m. Please note this is a Double Garbage week. Double Garbage weeks follow Thanksgiving and are October 12 to 16 and October 19 to 23 on your garbage collection day (eight garbage bags allowed for single family).
Cambridge and Waterloo (Gate #2) waste sites are closed for residential drop-off on Monday, October 12.

What’s Closed:
All Regional Administrative Offices (99 Regina – Waterloo, 150 Frederick – Kitchener, 150 Main – Cambridge, Airport Administrative offices) – Closed Monday, October 12th. This includes the Welcome Spaces and Home Child Care administration.
McDougall Cottage Historic Site are closed on Monday October 12th.
