Upcoming Film Project - Wednesday, July 28, 2021
The INVESTcambridge Team would like to take a moment to welcome a Cambridge favourite - Murdoch Mysteries - back into our community! Filming is scheduled to take place in Downtown Cambridge (Galt) on Wednesday July 28th, 2021 for one (1) day of filming.
Impacts:
- Intermittent stoppages on Dickson St
- Alleyways around Main Street, Ainslie Street and Dickson Street will be used for filming at different times during the day
- On street set dress to begin Tuesday night
- No special effects or late night filming is proposed
Parking:
- On street spaces on Dickson Street between Wellington and Ainslie Streets
- Market Building Parking Lot
- Portion of the Beverly Street Parking Lot
Paid duty officers from Waterloo Region Police Services will be onsite throughout the project to direct traffic and assist in maintaining public safety. We are anticipating this to be a fun shoot with minimal impacts, and again are grateful to our community partners for assisting us with this project.
