Upcoming Film Project - March 29-30

Don’t be alarmed, but keep an eye out for snowmen in downtown Cambridge this week!  “Love and Ice Wine” is a feel good Christmas movie filming on March 29 and 30 in the downtown.  This project has a small cast/crew, and filming will be taking place on City property as noted below.  There will be no road closures or intermittent stoppages, and little impact to community outside of Dickson Street.

Impacts

•            Set dress begins March 28, 2021 and will involve faux snow, along with the occasional festive decoration

•            Filming March 29 and 30, utilizing exteriors at the Cambridge Farmers’ Market and MacIntyre Place, in addition to sidewalks along Dickson St

•            Cast/Crew of under 50

•            No road closures and/or intermittent stoppages are proposed

•            No late night filming to occur

Parking

•            The Market Building parking lot has been reserved for filming

•            Crew parking will be located in the north portion of the Wellington Street lot
