Or, if you’re in the mood for something sweet, you can treat your tastebuds to delicious desserts like deep fried red velvet cheesecake. Trucks include The Sandwich King, Cone-y Island Ice Cream, It's Fryday, Smokin' Boneyard BBQ, Taunton Tacos, Opa’z Greek, and Nonna's Oven & Pizzeria.
- Oshawa Food Truck Corral (2867 Bridle Road, Oshawa) is a multi-food truck spot with incredible options—so many, in fact, that you’re going to have a hard time choosing. From Mexican pierogies to butter chicken bowls, and smokin’ sliders to fresh cut fries, you may not have room for dessert! But that’s okay, because (trust us) you’ll be back. Trucks include Sonya's Street Meat, Lowlands Fire Food, Masala Box, Bourbon Street Chicken, Pierogie Bros, Yorkilicious, Watt A Fry, and Angie's Ice Cream.
- The Pickering Village Food Truck Market (109 Old Kingston Road) is a weekend pop-up for foodies. At the corner of Old Kingston Road and Elizabeth Street in Ajax, you can find everything from doughnuts to Ecuadorian fusion cuisine. Small but mighty, this pop-up is a great place to grab a bite.

Food Trucks That Graduated To A Storefront
In case you fell in love in one of Durham's one food trucks, and on your recent travels noticed they were gone... Fear not. They've just graduated to a storefront. Same delicious food truck food, just operating via brick and mortar.
- Gangster Cheese: Located in Uxbridge, Gangster Cheese offers all things cheese-y and delicious like their famous mac and cheese stuffed grilled cheese. You can also find their food truck at pop-up events and mobile catering available.
- Zaps Polish Street Food: Now open at Market at 70 King, Zaps specializes in the traditional Polish street food of zapiekanka, and also offers catering.
- Talk of the Town: This well-known and well-loved local gem is temporarily closed due to a nearby fire that affected the storefront. Keep an eye on their Instagram or Facebook page for pop-up events!
