Suspicious Person Investigation – Thorold
Detectives from the 1 District (St. Catharines/Thorold) Criminal Investigations Branch of the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) are investigating three separate incidents involving a suspicious male in the Thorold area.
The incidents occurred on August 4, 5, and 7, 2025, in the following locations:
- Richmond Avenue and Romy Crescent
- Schmon Parkway and Merrittville Highway
- Confederation Avenue and Keefer Road
In each instance, the male approached adult female victims and grabbed them before fleeing the area on a stand up, motorized scooter.
The suspect is described as:
- Black
- 20 to 30 years of age
- Tall with a slim build
