TAKE NOTICE THAT on October 14, 2020, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council chamber, 150 Frederick Street, Kitchener, the Council of The Regional Municipality of Waterloo intends to declare its interests in lands depicted below, municipally known as 242 King Street South, Waterloo, and legally described as Part of Lot 288, Plan 385, being Parts 6 and 7 on 58R-13231, save and except Parts 3 and 4 on WR726563; subject to an easement as in 1560214; together with an easement as in 1560212; together with an easement as in 1560213; in the City of Waterloo; in the  Regional Municipality of Waterloo; surplus to the Region’s needs and now offers the land for sale.

At a meeting to be held on October 6, 2020,at 9:00 a.m., in the Council chamber, 150 Frederick Street, Kitchener, the Committee of the Whole of the Regional Municipality of Waterloo will hear any person who claims that their lands will be prejudicially affected by the said by-law and who applied to be heard.  Those desiring to be heard may make arrangements by phoning 519-575-4400 or email regionalclerk@regionofwaterloo.ca.
