Take Notice that the Council of the Regional Municipality of Waterloo at its upcoming meeting on August 7th, 2018 intends to declare a portion of its interest in the lands depicted below at 1-5 High Street, in the City of Waterloo, Regional Municipality of Waterloo, surplus to the Region’s needs for the purpose of granting a permanent easement in favour Waterloo North Hydro.  The proposed permanent easement to Waterloo North Hydro (outlined below) is to facilitate their requirement for additional areal wire swings as well other related equipment.
