Share your thoughts on proposed construction for Lancaster Street in Kitchener

Waterloo Region – The Region of Waterloo is undertaking an environmental assessment and preliminary design study for the reconstruction of Lancaster Street from Wellington Street to Bridgeport Road. This project is looking to replace deteriorated road pavement, sanitary sewers, storm sewers and watermains, improve traffic flow at intersections, and provide facilities for pedestrians and cyclists.

Give us your feedback—by Nov. 10

We’ve posted three design concepts with detailed information, and we’d like to hear your thoughts on each. Please visit www.engagewr.ca/kitchener-lancaster-street by November 10 to share your comments.

The project team will consider study outcomes, technical expertise, best practices, and public feedback before presenting a preferred concept to Regional Council.
