Robert (RJ) Falconi Appointed Chair, TSSA Board of Directors

The Hon. Bill Walker, Minister, Government and Consumer Services, appointed Robert J (RJ) Falconi as Chair of the TSSA Board of Directors, effective May 13, 2019.

Mr. Falconi, known as RJ,  joined TSSA's Board in January 2019 and was appointed by Minister Walker to the position of Vice Chair in early May 2019.  He is also a member of its Audit, Finance and Risk Committee. He is currently Managing Director of RayleeValleyGroup, which provides guidance and advice in various areas of law, public policy, government and stakeholder relations, corporate governance and compliance.

RJ formerly held senior positions with CSA Group (Canadian Standards Association), Parsons Corporation and Citibank Canada.  He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian, American and International Bar Associations, the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) and the US‐based National Association of Corporate Directors. He is certified by ICD as an Institute‐Certified Director (ICD.D) and serves on the national board for Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters Inc., and the board of Tarion Warranty Corporation.
