Region Expands Cooling Centre Access

Waterloo Region – Beginning Saturday, June 10, 2023, designated Cooling Centres in Region of Waterloo buildings at 150 Main St. (Cambridge) and 150 Frederick St. (Kitchener) will be open seven days a week including holidays.

The Region building at 99 Regina St. South (Waterloo) will be open Monday to Friday only during regular business hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.).

This will continue until at least the end of August. Service updates will be provided on the Region’s website.
