On-line survey for waste curbside collection services
Waterloo Region – The Region of Waterloo invites resident to participate in an on-line survey about waste curbside collection services.
Last year, significant changes were made to the Region of Waterloo’s waste curbside collection services, the biggest of which was every second week garbage collection. Leading up to the changes, substantial promotion took place to inform and to help residents with the new waste services.
Residents are invited to share their thoughts about the curbside waste collection services, both how well they were prepared for the changes, and current satisfaction with the curbside collection services.
The survey takes about ten minutes to complete. The survey will be online on the Region of Waterloo’s website until July 13, 2018.
All responses are confidential and personal information will be removed from responses. Data that is collected in this survey will be used for planning purposes and results will be reported to Waterloo Region council. Responses will be collected together and reported as averages, themes or trends. Only one staff member at the region will have access to the raw data.
