Oil and Gas Pipelines - Code Adoption Document (CAD) - February, 2018

The proposed changes to the attached CAD (Oil and Gas Pipeline Systems Code Adoption Document Amendment - FS-238-18) were meant to make necessary editorial changes, rectify omissions from the previous amendment as well as address the issue of DLB compliance with the pipelines code. 

The changes in this edition of the CAD amendment are as follows:

  1. Re-adoption of CSA Z246.1-17
  2. Amendment to CSA Z247-15
  3. Clarification of the applicability of Z662 requirements for digester, landfill and biogas (DLB) sites
  4. Editorial change in the formula used to calculate “Potential Impact Radius”
  5. Proper Reference to Clause 4.1.7 of Z662
