Notice of Intention to Amend Taxi-Cab By-Law
The Region of Waterloo intends to pass an amendment to By-law 16-044, A By-law to Licence, Regulate and Govern Brokers, Owners and Drivers of Taxi-Cabs, which includes an increase in the meter drop rate from $3.50 to $4.50.
The by-law will be considered at the Regular Council Meeting, scheduled for:
Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at 7:00 p.m.

A copy of the proposed by-law will be available for review in the Council and Administrative Services Office, Region of Waterloo, 2nd Floor, 150 Frederick Street, Kitchener. If you have questions concerning the amendments, please email regionalclerk@regionofwaterloo.ca.
