NOTICE OF CONSIDERATION TO CLOSE PART OF ROAD ALLOWANCE: PART OF FISCHER-HALLMAN ROAD, KITCHENER

TAKE NOTICE THAT on November 22, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, 150 Frederick Street, Kitchener, the Council of The Regional Municipality of Waterloo intends to pass a by-law to close part of a road allowance located at Regional Road No. 58 (Fischer-Hallman Road), described as part of Block 200, Plan 58M-631, being parts 10, 11, 12 and 13 on Reference Plan 58R-21237; Part of PIN: 22722-2648(LT), City of Kitchener, Regional Municipality of Waterloo and to declare the Region’s interest in the lands depicted below, as a public right of way, is no longer required.

At a meeting to be held November 7, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. in Council Chambers, 150 Frederick Street, Kitchener, the Committee of the Whole of The Regional Municipality of Waterloo will hear, in person or by counsel, any person who claims that their lands will be prejudicially affected by the said by-law and who applied to be heard.
