Notice of Code of Use By-Law Amendment

The Region of Waterloo is proposing to amend the Code of Use By-law, 13-050. This amendment will address hate-driven harassment based on race, religion, gender identity or sexual orientation and other protected grounds under the Ontario Human Rights Code occurring within public spaces that are Regionally owned or occupied.

The by-law will be considered at the Council meeting on 12 September 2023 at 9:00 a.m. to be held at 150 Frederick Street, Kitchener.
