New portal for owners of Boilers and Pressure Vessels (BPV) is now live.
TSSA’s automated Boilers and Pressure Vessels (BPV) Certificates of Inspection (COI) process, supported by a new portal, is now live. The updated process and portal make it easier for BPV device owners to review their device information and renew their COIs after an inspection by an insurance company or inspection agency.
Sign up for the portal and take advantage of our automated BPV COI process
Recently, TSSA emailed existing BPV device owners an invitation to the new portal from the TSSA email address: uattssacrmnotifications@tssa.org.If you haven’t received this portal invitation, we encourage you to first check your spam filters. You can also contact bpv_inquiries@tssa.org and we’ll resend your personalized registration details.
Once you’re registered, access the portal at https://ownerseservices.tssa.org from your browser. (Important: the portal can not be accessed through the Internet Explorer browser). Now, it’s easier to complete the COI process after an inspection by an insurer:
- After an insurer uploads a Record of Inspection (ROI), owners will be asked to review and validate their ROI online
- Owners can pay COIs online
- Once payment is accepted, owners can view, download and print their COIs.

Already registered on the portal? Now’s the time to review your information
There’s no need to wait until your next inspection to review and validate your profile or BPV device details. Ensuring your information is up-to-date today will support a smoother COI process in the future. Please review the accuracy of your information on the portal including:
- View your profile information including First/ Last name; Phone number and email address
- Validate the device details included on the Inventory page
- You can also download and review all of the inventory information using the export function
Need to make updates to your information on the portal? Please send an email to BPV_inquiries@tssa.org.
How to access training and support
To support portal users, training videos and how-to materials are available on the portal and on tssa.org. You can also access support through bpv_inquiries@tssa.org or 416-734-3400.
These improvements in the BPV COI process reflect feedback from BPV device owners and insurers.
