New Housing Legislation In The Works

On January 1, 2012, the Housing Services Act will replace the Social Housing Reform Act, 2000. The Act will give tenants new ways to save money and more access to different kinds of housing and housing programs.  The Housing Services Act will also improve the way Community Housing is managed; this means the Region will be able to meet the needs our community better.
