NATIONAL VOLUNTEER WEEK - April 6-12, 2014

National Volunteer Week is Canada’s largest celebration of volunteers, volunteerism and civic participation.   It pays tribute to the millions of Canadian volunteers who graciously donate their time and energy. 

In Waterloo region, volunteers are making a difference everyday in health care, social services, education, sports and recreation, heritage and arts, environmental protection, emergency response - the list is endless. 

In honour of National Volunteer Week, we would thank all volunteers of Waterloo Region for their valuable contributions to our community.  Your generous contributions make a difference in the lives of individuals in our community everyday.  Your efforts create caring and resilient communities!
