Waterloo Region – Here’s a list of Region of Waterloo service changes for Thanksgiving holiday, Monday, October 13, 2014.

What’s open/not affected:

Charles Street Terminal Open - building hours: 7:15 a.m. – 1:00 a.m. Ticket sales 8:15 a.m. – 6:15 p.m.
Ainslie Street Terminal Open - building hours: 7:30 a.m. – 12:00 a.m. Ticket sales 10 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (closed 1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.)

Hours of operation 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m. will not be affected.

Waterloo Region Museum – Open Monday October 13, 2014, 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Special Event - Fall Harvest
Open with family fun activities through out the day. Enjoy the beautiful colours of autumn in Doon Heritage Village, one of the most picturesque places in Waterloo Region. Fall Harvest features horse-drawn wagon rides, live music and much more!  Also, experience our main museum gallery that tells the story of Waterloo Region and our feature gallery with Museum Mysteries and Street Style currently on exhibit.

What’s running on a special schedule:
Grand River Transit will be operating on a Sunday/Holiday Schedule on Monday, October 13.

What’s Closed:
All Regional Administrative Offices (99 Regina – Waterloo, 150 Frederick – Kitchener, 150 Main – Cambridge, Airport Administrative offices) – Closed

Cambridge and Waterloo small vehicle transfer stations for residential waste drop-off - Closed

All Regional Libraries – Closed

Regional Daycare centres and Home Child Care – Closed

Joseph Schneider Haus Closed

McDougal Cottage – Closed
