Save the date: Family New Year’s Eve Party and Mayor’s New Year’s Levee

Cambridge, Ontario. Dec. 15, 2016… Happy holidays from the City of Cambridge. City Hall and City administrative services will be closed as of noon on Dec. 23, reopening on Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2017.

The Cambridge Farmers’ Market is open on Dec. 24, 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. for any last-minute shoppers. From savory appetizers to mouth-watering desserts, the Farmers’ Market has everything for the perfect holiday feast.

Christmas in Cambridge will be holding their final event of the year with the Family New Year’s Eve party at Hespeler Arena, 640 Ellis Rd. The family-friendly event runs from 5-8 p.m. and features free skating, crafts and games, a photo booth, and a bouncy castle. For more information, visit www.christmasincambridge.ca.

Ring in the New Year with Mayor Doug Craig and members Cambridge City Council at the Mayor’s New Year’s Levee. The event will be held Sunday, Jan. 8, 1 to 3 p.m. in the Bowman Room at Cambridge City Hall, 50 Dickson St., and features light refreshments and children’s entertainment.
