Cambridge, Ontario. Dec. 19… Happy holidays from the City of Cambridge. Cambridge City Hall and some City facilities will be closed as of noon on Dec. 22, reopening Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2018.

Visit the Cambridge Farmer’s Market on Saturday, Dec. 23 for the perfect last-minute gifts and meal needs. From meats, cheeses, and pastries, to wines, nuts and homemade dips, the market is a one-stop-shop for all the holiday essentials.

Christmas in Cambridge wraps up Dec. 31 with the New Year’s Eve party presented by Royal Bank of Canada. The family event runs from 5 to 8 p.m. at Hespeler Arena, 640 Ellis Rd. Party-goers can enjoy free skating, games, crafts, a bouncy castle, photo booth and children’s entertainment. For more information, visit www.christmasincambridge.ca.

Join Mayor Doug Craig and members of City Council at the Mayor’s New Year’s Levee on Saturday, Jan. 6. The event will be held from at Cambridge City Hall from 1 to 3 p.m. and features light refreshments and children’s entertainment.

Idea Exchange will be running programs for STEM Week, January 2 to 5, 2018 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at all locations. For kids of all ages, programs and activities will explore all things science, technology, engineering and math through experiments, projects and innovative technologies.
