Grand River Transit launches Customer Satisfaction Survey
Waterloo Region – Grand River Transit (GRT) is looking for resident feedback as part of the Customer Satisfaction Survey.
The annual survey asks customers about their experience using GRT’s services, including conventional buses, ION trains, and MobilityPLUS.
The results will help GRT make targeted improvements to serve customers better and develop GRT’s 2025-2030 business plan.
“Getting feedback from customers on how they view GRT services is an important part of planning for the future and improving their daily experience,” said Councillor Colleen James, Chair of the Planning and Works Committee. “This survey will provide valuable feedback and will help us improve the overall system with our customers' needs being top of mind.”
Participants have the chance to win several prizes, including one of 10 $100 GRT gift cards.
The full survey can be found at grt.ca/survey, and will run from February 15 to March 1, 2024.
