Go For A Paddle

Cruise the waves in style the summer! There are many spots in Durham Region that offer paddle board, kayak, canoe and pedal boat rentals. Hours and availability may vary so check their website in advance for details.

Have a paddle board of your own? Level up your skills with a lesson from Taga Lawa in Oshawa. They offer flat water SUP instruction and SUP surf instruction.

Get out on the water for some mindful breathing and deep stretching by joining a SUP yoga class. Strong Roots Yoga and Paddleboarding hosts weekly classes in Beaverton and Sunderland and boards are provided.
