Free brush and branch drop-off extended to May 10, 2014
Waterloo Region – The Region of Waterloo is extending the free drop-off at transfer stations for brush and branch debris another week to Saturday, May 10, 2014 to assist residents with continued ice storm debris clean-up.
Residents who bring segregated loads of their tree debris to the Cambridge (201 Savage Drive) or Waterloo (925 Erb Street West, Gate 2) transfer stations will have their tipping fee waived up to and including Saturday, May 10, 2014.
The curbside collection of properly prepared yard waste continues with collection every second week. The full 2014 yard waste schedule for Cambridge, Kitchener and Waterloo is available on the Region’s website under Seasonal Services at www.regionofwaterloo.ca/waste. Township residents should refer to their 2014 Waste Collection Calendar.
