Food Recall Warning - The Healthy Butcher brand smoked fish

The Healthy Butcher is voluntarily recalling smoked fish from the marketplace due to potential presence of dangerous bacteria Clostridium botulinum.

The affected products were sold in variable weight packages at The Healthy Butcher retail locations in Ontario.

This recall was triggered by Canadian Food Inspection Agency’s (CFIA) test results. The CFIA is verifying that industry is removing recalled product from the marketplace.

There have been no reported illnesses associated with the consumption of these products.
