Fatal fire investigation on Torcastle Way
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Wednesday, March 18, 2020 3:10pm
(Ottawa) – Frontline officers attended the 1 to 100 block of Torcastle Way at approximately 11:28am today to assist Ottawa Fire and Paramedics Service with a working fire. One person was located deceased at the scene and another was treated for minor injuries.
The investigation in underway in conjunction with the Ontario Fire Marshall’s office, our Arson Unit and the Ottawa Fire Services, as is the practice in the case of a death.
