Emergency road closure on Water St at Todd St

Staff are working on an emergency water main repair on Water St. at Todd St. The road is reduced to a single lane for both north and south bound vehicles until the repair has been completed. Please expect delays and plan your route accordingly. Work is estimated to be completed by midnight tonight. There is also an interruption to water services until midnight.
