East Side Lands: Public Meeting to discuss proposed new East Side Lands in Cambridge

Waterloo Region – The Region of Waterloo, City of Cambridge and Grand River Conservation Authority (GRCA) invite the public to a Public Information Centre to learn about and provide input on the preferred servicing and transportation option for the development of about 300 hectares of employment land in the northeastern section of Cambridge.

The Public Information Centre will be held Dec. 12, 2013 from 6:30 to 9 p.m. (presentation at 7 p.m.) in the cafeteria at École Secondaire Père-René-de-Galinée, 45 Maple Grove Rd., Cambridge. The meeting will provide information on the preferred servicing  and transportation option for the development of Prime Industrial Strategic Reserve Lands (for employment) as well as a number of background studies associated with a Master Environmental Servicing Plan and Community Plan for the area. Staff will be available to answer questions and receive feedback.
