Culture Days will be filled with free arts and culture activities for the whole family

Culture Days is a three-day arts and culture event that will be taking place Sept. 27-29, with varying times, depending on program and location. The weekend will be packed full of arts and culture events and shows in a variety of locations around the city that the whole community is welcome and encouraged to participate in.

Culture Days is a national collaborative initiative to celebrate arts and culture. Culture Days was created in response to the growing recognition that a vibrant arts and cultural sector contributes directly to a healthy and stable society.

Launched in 2010, this public engagement project aims to foster support for a diverse arts and culture community. Culture Days believes that every individual, regardless of age, location or experience, has the right to access and participate actively in arts and culture.

All activities and shows during the event are put forth by the city and are completely free for the general public, so come out and enjoy this opportunity to delve into a day of learning and fun.
