City's customer service desk now available from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

With the first installment of property taxes due Thursday, Mar. 1, the City’s customer service desk is extending its hours, now available from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The customer service desk will be offering these extended hours going forward.

The City’s customer service desk located on the main floor of Cambridge City Hall at 50 Dickson St. can now assist with general city service inquiries, tax and water payments, the sale of Grand River Transit (GRT) bus tickets, parking permits, parking ticket payments, and the sale of Waterloo Region Waste Management garbage tags.

Property tax payments can be made by at your financial institution, by mail, or online with Visa or MasterCard. To learn more visit www.cambridge.ca/paymytaxes
