City activities guide makes a comeback!
The City of Cambridge has launched the Spring/Summer 2024 Activities Guide for first time since 2020.
“I am proud that our activities guide is making a comeback. Our city offers a diverse range of activities and programs, from art classes, outdoor sports, and nature adventures,” said Mayor Jan Liggett. “Regardless of your age or interests, I encourage to you take time to browse this guide to see all that is being offered throughout the City. Staying active and engaged not only enhances the quality of life for our community members but also provides our youth with constructive outlets for their energy and creativity. This proactive approach plays a crucial role in keeping our young people engaged and away from potentially negative influences and contributes to a safer and more vibrant community overall.”
The guide features a wide variety of recreation and culture activities for adults, older adults, youth and children including aquatics, arts, fitness, and general interest programs. The guide also includes information about City services and local businesses.
Registration for City programs will now take place twice yearly - spring/summer and fall/winter. This allows residents to plan further in advance and register for both spring and summer activities at the same time.
Spring and summer registration opens Wednesday, March 20.
