Accounts payable cheques during the postal strike

Due to the postal strike, Accounts Payable will not be mailing out cheques.  Those vendors wishing to pick up their cheques can do so at 4th floor reception after contacting us at 519-575-4480 or accountspayable@regionofwaterloo.ca to ensure payment has been processed.

Those vendors wishing to switch to electronic payment to ensure they receive payment during the strike can contact us at the above phone number or email, or fill out the EFT form and email or fax it to us along with a void cheque.
