    Whitby, Ontario – On August 1, the Emancipation Day Celebration in Durham Region returns. This year, Durham’s 2024 Emancipation Day Celebration Committee is hosting the event at Esplanade Park in Pickering.

    Whitby, Ontario – Youth Pride Durham returns on June 22 for a vibrant afternoon full of fun, music, dancing and food.

    This free celebration will feature electrifying live performances from Sofonda and Wilma; catchy tunes from DJ Psi; as well as face painting, a photo booth and resource village! Bring your reusable water bottles, and stay hydrated at our water station.
