    • What are the practical implications of these principles to the municipal innovation process?

  • Barriers to Accessing Services for People with Disabilities

    Fall 2020

    What services do people with disabilities have difficulty accessing in Durham? Why do they have difficulty accessing them? Why is there limited feedback from residents around the barriers they face? The purpose of this project was to gather community feedback on what services people with disabilities are unable to access, why they aren’t able to access them, and why more feedback isn’t given about accessing services. This resulted in numerous suggestions for areas of improvement that.
