You can pay your parking ticket online. A convenience fee applies for credit card transactions. We accept parking ticket payments using Visa or MasterCard through our online service provider, Paymentus.
Please be advised that it may take up to two business days for online payments to be processed. In order to avoid any additional fees or penalties, payments must be received at our office by the specified due date.
Important information for online credit card payments via Paymentus: Please use capital letters when entering your penalty notice information and licence plate information.

Visit Parking Services on the second floor of City Hall, 50 Church St. You can leave either a cheque or money order payments in the drop box at the James Street entrance to City Hall.
Please do not put cash in the drop box.
