Book a Program Room

The City of St. Catharines offers two program rooms available for you to book at the Kiwanis Aquatics Centre for meetings, community events, gatherings and parties for people of all ages. Each room offers barrier-free access to people with disabilities.

Irene Locke Program Room

• Maximum capacity of 36 people
• Rental fee of $42.20 per hour, includes HST (insurance not included)

Lawrence Locke Program Room

• Maximum capacity of 18 people
• Rental fee of $26.50 per hour, includes HST (insurance not included)

Amenities

Each room offers:

• Tables, chairs and kitchen access available for use
• An LCD projector, screen, laptop and public address (PA) system available upon request
• A beverage station with coffee, tea and water available upon request with additional fee

To book a room, view availability on ActiveSTC and submit your online request through your ActiveSTC User Account.

General Terms and Conditions Applicable to all Municipal Facilities.

Deposit fee

All rental rooms are subject to a $100 security deposit for any loss or physical damages occurred during the rental.
