Renting a centre

Before choosing to rent a room or hall, please view our Facility Rental Terms and Conditions and our Alcohol Policy if you plan on serving alcohol as part of your rental.

To book a facility, first view availability on ActiveSTC and submit your online request through your ActiveSTC User Account.

All rentals are subject to security deposit and insurance.

Rates and fees

Older adult centre rentals are subject to the following rates and fees. Prices include HST.

Large halls (capacity of more than 150)

• Fee of $60.25 per hour
• Includes the Dunlop Drive Older Adult Centre Large Auditorium (max. capacity of 200 with seats only or 150 with tables and chairs)

Large meeting rooms (capacity of 56 to 150)

• Fee of $42.20 per hour
• Includes:
  • Dunlop Drive Older Adult Centre Small Hall (max. capacity of 100 with seats only, or 80 with seats and tables)
  • West St. Catharines Older Adult Centre Main Hall (max. capacity of 80 with seats only, or 50 with seats and tables)

Small meeting rooms (capacity of 55 or less)

• Fee of $26.50 per hour
• Includes the Dunlop Drive Older Adult Centre Craft Room (max. capacity of 30 with seats only, or 25 with seats and tables)
