Committees, Boards and Task Forces

The City of St. Catharines' committees, boards and task forces work to address issues affecting our community and help make St. Catharines a better city for everyone. Information on each is displayed below and you can use the meeting calendar to see upcoming meetings (note: board meetings are not listed in the meeting calendar and are instead noted on the website for each respective board). Each committee and task force has its own webpage where you can learn more about their scope of work and access links to their agendas and minutes.

There are currently no vacancies.

The Advisory Committee and Task Force Handbook contains information on the procedures and policies applicable to meetings and members. Unless noted in their Terms of Reference, the handbook applies to all of the City's Advisory Committees and Task Forces.

The Code of Conduct for Committee and Task Force Members establishes a general standard to ensure that all Committee and Task Force Members share a common basis for acceptable conduct, and to which all Members are expected to adhere to and comply with.

It is important that all citizens have the opportunity to participate in local government. To this end, the City is committed to removing barriers to increase participation in advisory committees and task forces to ensure Council’s decisions are informed by a diversity of voices and perspectives.
