City Hall
Built in 1937 and located in the heart of downtown, St. Catharines City Hall is the administrative hub for the City and our departments, and the home of our dedicated customer service team, Citizens First, alongside the Mayor's Office and Council Chambers. With its artistic façade and bowling green lawn, City Hall is a striking architectural focal point of the city's core.

Hours of operation
City Hall is open from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding statutory and civic holidays.

You can find our dedicated customer service centre, Citizens First, at City Hall. Citizens First is your one-stop resource for all City of St. Catharines municipal questions you may have.

Entrances and parking
There are two public entrances to City Hall. The first entrance is located on the Church Street side, and the other entrance is located on the James Street side and has easy access to an elevator.
Metered parking is available in Market Square, on Church Street and James Street.

Mayor and Council
The St. Catharines Mayor's Office and Council Chambers are located on the third floor of City Hall.
