City Facilities Open to the Public
The following facilities are available to the public during normal business hours to warm up or cool off during an extreme temperature event:

Watch the City's social media channels for more information, tips and updates during extreme weather. For example, hours of splash pads and pools are extended during extreme heat events (if they are open for the season).
Niagara Region Extreme Weather Resources

Emergency shelter, housing and support services are provided through Niagara's Assertive Street Outreach program (NASO).
