NAV Canada

NAV Canada provides safe, effective and efficient air navigation services to aircraft operating in Canadian domestic airspace and in international airspace assigned to Canadian control. NAV Canada is a private, not-for-profit company, established in 1996.

• And, electronic aids to navigation.

New NAV Canada Control Tower

NAV Canada's new air traffic control tower at the Region of Waterloo International Airport opened in June 2017. It replaces the original tower built in 1969 - one of the oldest in Canada. The new location provides controllers with 360-degree sight lines of the entire airport.
