Passengers who have lost an item in the terminal buildings, parking lots or at security should report the missing item to the airport’s Lost and Found Department located at the Information booth in the main terminal or by calling 519 575-4781. Items are securely stored in the Lost and Found office for 30 days and then donated or disposed of.
Please note, the Information Booth cannot assist with lost passports, or items left on airplanes (including lost luggage).
Lost passports are turned over to Canadian Border Service Agency.
Lost or damaged luggage or missing items left onboard is the responsibility of each airline. Please contact your airline directly.
Be prepared to show identification when picking up a lost item. You must be able to describe a lost item in detail.
