Manage Paid Duty Applicants

You are able to add and remove applicants directly through the bidding portal. This allows you to add of specific officers to the pool of applicants, even if they have not posted a bid themselves.

When should we use this feature?

This may be necessary if:

• An officer has limited access to the system and is calling for assistance
• Arrangements have been made in advance for certain officers to work at specific events
• Changes in Officer availability are made at short notice or due to emergencies
