Create a Paid Duty Event

Events created through the bidding portal are usually related to administrative or internal duties. If you wish to create events that will involve billing outside organizations please create a request using the Admin Portal

Create an event

To create a paid duty event through the bidding portal, you need to:

  1. Log in to the bidding portal
  2. Click the "+ Create" button in the "Paid Duty Search" area

This will take you to the "Create Paid Duty Event" screen. From here, you can:

  1. Complete each field as required
  2. Click "Save" at the bottom of the page to complete the process

Once you create an event, it will immediately be available for bidding.
