Creating an Assigned Officers Report

The assigned officers report provides a summary of all assigned officers broken down by:

  • Reference number
  • Contract start and end date
  • Organization or client name
  • Location or address and city
  • Badge number or employee number
  • Officer name
  • Contracted hours

Generate the report

To generate an Assigned Officer Report, you need to:

  1. Login to the application 
  2. Select the "Reports" button on the main toolbar

From here you can, select "Assigned Officer Report" from the reports menu at the left of the page. Then:

  1. Select a date range for the report

  2. Click the “Generate” button

A report will be provided in .csv format which can be opened in Excel.
