Creating an All Employee Timesheets Report

The all employee timesheets report provides a summary of all employee time submitted. This is broken down by:

  • Reference number
  • Client
  • Date
  • Badge number or employee number
  • Officer name
  • Hours
  • Rates and total

Generate the report

To generate an All Employee Timesheets Report, you need to:

  1. Login to the application 
  2. Select the "Reports" button on the main toolbar

From here, select "All Employee Timesheets Repor"t from the "Reports" menu at the left of the page. You can:

  1. Select a date for the report
  2. Select if you would like to exclude internal timesheets
  3. Click the “Generate” button to complete the process

A report will be provided in .csv format which can be opened in Excel.
