Creating an All Employee Timesheets Report
The all employee timesheets report provides a summary of all employee time submitted. This is broken down by:
- Reference number
- Client
- Date
- Badge number or employee number
- Officer name
- Hours
- Rates and total
Generate the report
To generate an All Employee Timesheets Report, you need to:
- Login to the application
- Select the "Reports" button on the main toolbar
From here, select "All Employee Timesheets Repor"t from the "Reports" menu at the left of the page. You can:
- Select a date for the report
- Select if you would like to exclude internal timesheets
- Click the “Generate” button to complete the process
A report will be provided in .csv format which can be opened in Excel.
