Creating a Variance Report
The variance report provides a summary of any differences between the proposed details of an events and what was actually billed. It is broken down by:
- Reference number
- Client or organization name
- Date
- Badge or employee number
- Officer name
- Contract start and end date (proposed vs. actual)
- Hours (contracted vs. actual)
- Variance
- Invoice hours
- Comments
Generate the report
To generate an Variance Report:
- Login to the application
- Select the "Reports" button on the main toolbar
From here, select "Variance Report" from the reports menu at the left of the page. Then, you can:

Select a date range for the report
- Click the “Generate” button
A report will be provided in .csv format which can be opened in Excel.
