Issue Adjustments to Invoice

You will only be able to make adjustments to invoices under certain circumstances. This includes when officer time sheets contain more or less hours than invoiced.

How to adjust an invoice

To issue an adjustment to an invoice, you need to:

  1. Login to the application and locate the request using the search tools
  2. In the search results click either the request number at the left of the entry or the view button at the right

The request will open for review. In the "Requests" menu, select the “Invoices” button.

From here, select the "Edit" icon next to the invoice. If this option is not available then the invoice does not qualify for an adjustment. This is usually because no changes have been made elsewhere in the application that require editing.

Make any adjustments required and select “Save” to complete the process.

You may need to send a new request for payment to reflect any changes.
